The remaining balance must be paid one week before the scheduled check-in date. Security Deposit:
To protect our property, we require a credit card authorization for 1,000 euros as a security deposit. Please note that this amount will not be charged to your account under any circumstances. It will be used solely to cover any damage caused to the property during your stay.
