Welcome to our fully renovated studio, a true haven of peace with breathtaking views of the sea and Marie-Galante Island. Here, enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from your balcony, or directly from the beach located just a 5-minute walk away.

Accommodation: this 25 m² studio is ideal for 2 people and can accommodate up to 3 (2 adults and 1 child)
- Sleeps: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a sofa bed (140×190). A baby cot can be provided (availability and price on request).
- Unique asset: located at the end of the building, the studio benefits from a total opening to the west, perfect for contemplating the sunset every evening.

The Manganao Residence: enjoy a quiet setting with
- A magnificent swimming pool with deckchairs (2 free access bracelets included).
- A beach with free access to deckchairs.
- A parking lot (access from 6 am to 10 pm) and a few spaces close to the accommodation or along the Tourist Route.

Marion and her concierge team will welcome you warmly and remain at your disposal for a pleasant stay.

- Guadeloupe is a paradise island. However, it has scheduled water cuts, usually at night. A few water reserves are enough to get through this inconvenience. Marion remains at your disposal to inform you.
