Villa Paradis Pays is a new Creole villa (February 2019) located 3km from the city center of Saint-François in a quiet environment with private pool and fenced garden. It is located 5 minutes by car from the shops, the market, the Raisins Clairs beach and all tourist facilities and activities (18-hole golf course, casino, aerodrome, ferry terminal, nautical base, etc.)

The villa can accommodate from 2 to 8 people. It has all the comforts for a pleasant stay. The fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) opens onto a large living / dining room and a large terrace. A laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen (washing machine, fridge, iron / ironing board). The sleeping area is made up of 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are air conditioned with queen size beds and equipped with walk-in closets, the 3rd bedroom is located in a large, well ventilated mezzanine with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed. The whole is completed by separate toilets, a large bathroom (walk-in shower, sink and toilet). Linen (towels and kitchen towels) is provided and beds are made up for your arrival. You can order local dishes, especially for the evening of your arrival. Products for the preparation of your 1st breakfast are offered to you. The owners welcome you on your arrival and are at your disposal for the duration of your stay.
The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
