This village house with a garden ideal for pets and with a bio-swimming pool filtered by plants and habitat for aquatic animals, gives a superb panoramic view of Rennes-Le-Chateau. All modern comforts are present. On the first floor the house consists of a living room, a separate and well-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, dolce gusto, combifrigo,...), toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The first floor has a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower, bath and sink and 2 bedrooms, one of which has a shower room. The second floor consists of a bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. All bedrooms have air conditioning (for a fee)
