Dear Madam, Sir, We want to thank you for your review. All our guest’s comments are really important to evaluate and increase the quality of our services. We are truly sorry that your stay in the Château de Beauvois did not meet your expectations. Please note that we try to renovate the Château as fast as possible. We have already changed the entrance, the lobby, the lounges, the bedding in the rooms as well as the restaurant this last couple of years. We kindly let you know that the room you were in is situated in a XIII th century part of the castle with Tuffeau rock (hence the probable smell of humidity). Please note that you can ask for a room in another part of the Château. Regarding the bathrooms, we plan to renovate all of them really soon. As far as it concerns the breakfast, please note that we our buffet breakfast provides 20 different products. Again, we are sorry for all the issues you faced and we would love to greet you again in our establishment to show you the real values of this 4 stars hotel. Bests regards, Kind regards,

Dear Sir, Madam,We would like to thank you for your recent stay at Beauvois and are happy to read that you like the place and staff.Our WIFI up to date did not work properly , we do admit , but fiber is installed in the castle and the connection will be better.I sincerely apologize if the TV system shut down for a while, this happens sometimes during the heat waves.The breakfast is more that an continental breakfast as we do propose bakeries, hot drinks, juice, cheese, cake, bread, eggs, porks, cereals, fresh fruits, crepes, yogurts etc, if you did consider this as not enough, we do apologize.We hope to see you again in our beautiful region and at Beauvois.Best regardsThe Hotel Manager

Dear Sir Madam,We would like to thank you for your stay at Beauvois and your feebdack is very important to us.We sincerely would like to hire people to work in the kitchen but as everywhere in Europe, we did have extreme difficulites to hire, which forced us this year to close the restaurant 2 days a week and propose room service with a Parmeter served with salad at 19.This situation is heartbreaking but we did have to adapt and understand the frustration this can cause.The WIFI will work better from now as the fiber just arrived in the village and at the castle and air conditionning is planned to be installed soon.We are sorry that our property did not reach your expectation and hope your stay in the region was good.Best regardsThe Hotel Manager
