We offer for rent, in the town of Saint-Aubin-de-Cadelech, this charming house with an area of 128 m² and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 35 m², an equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 3,000 m² with petanque court. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

On the first floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- A sleeping area with a single bed

For even more comfort: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful garden of 3,000 m², unfenced and completely private
- A 77 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

The house is ideally located in Saint-Aubin-de-Cadelech, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from all the essential shops but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot of the house, which can accommodate up to 5 vehicles.

- Nearest train station: Bergerac at 22 km (about 30 minutes by car)
- Nearest airport: Bergerac at 15 kms
A car is required to fully enjoy the area.
