Between the Jura and the Bresse, halfway between the Jura lake region and the Burgundy wine estates, come and discover this former stable tastefully renovated into a friendly and warm accommodation with a surface area of 145m2.
The accommodation
On the first floor, you will benefit from large spaces with kitchen open to the dining room (45m2), a large living room (35m2) with wood stove opening onto a terrace with barbecue as well as a large bathroom including a walk-in shower, a double sink unit and a washing machine.
Upstairs, you will find two large bedrooms: one with two single beds and a bunk bed, the second with a large double bed 160x200 with its adjoining bathroom in which you will also find a toilet.
You will benefit from 3 parking spaces in front of the house, including a space with an electric car charging station that we can activate at an additional cost.

You will be in the heart of a small village typical of Bresse with its magnificent Bresse farms. A stone's throw from the house, without taking your car, you will find a bakery, a butcher's, a pizzeria, a grocery store and a large playground with a pond, ideal for family country walks.
Less than 15 minutes by car, you can enjoy one of the most beautiful markets in France, the Louhans market, a town that has kept the picturesque charm of yesteryear with its cobbled shopping street and 157 arcades.
Head for the Jura, you will find an aquatic base in the town of Desnes, less than 15 minutes from your residence.
Lovers of good wines and discoveries? Come and taste the specific wines of the Jura terroir with its now well-known appellations: Chardonnay, Savagnin and especially Vin Jaune, Chateau Chalon and Vin de Paille, for an unforgettable taste discovery.
Rather Burgundy? You are only 30 minutes from the Côtes Châlonnaises, and less than an hour from the great vintages of Burgundy (Nuits-Saint-Georges, Beaune etc.)

Looking for freshness? The lake district of the Haut Jura is 45 minutes away, with tourist hotspots such as Chalain, Clairvaux-les-lacs etc.
