Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals – egal, welches Anliegen ich hatte, mir wurde immer sofort und freundlich geholfen. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt: wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch nah am Meer. Anders als viele andere Hotels in der Gegend ist es angenehm still, sodass man wirklich entspannen kann."

"The property was actually two twin villas, united by a lovely courtyard and swimming pool. The villas were spacious, very well furnished, immaculately clean and well stocked. "Es war das erste mal, das wir nach Ägypten reisten. Es war sehr sehr schön. Wir müssen uns beim Aladdin für die Betreuung ganz herzlich bedanken weil schon ab Abholung vom Flughafen waren wir von ihm sehr begeistert. "Kareim was very attentive to our needs and the apartment building is new and to high specifications, just as advertised. I had to move here, after spending one night at another location. That was a great disappointment. I would only suggest one thing that the shower unit needs to have a bath mat for when you come out the shower. Or squeegee be provided so one can can mop the water off the floor, as water still gets outside the shower when you are showering even though the door is closed."

"El wifi no funciona nada bien en ninguna parte del hotel. La ubicación no es buena, hay una playa privada pero tienes que bajar una gran cuesta para llegar a ella o pedir un tuc tuc para que te bajen. Por el precio que tiene el hotel no merece la pena, queda a desmano de todo."
