"Absolutely amazing experience, super helpful, friendly and fun warm and kind staff. This was a once in a lifetime experience enjoyed by my husband and I and our 2 children. The pool before we got the camels was lovely, the children were afraid to get up on the camels but the staff reassured them and made it work. The dessert was breathtaking. "Very nice warm welcome and good communication.........but................. Apartment was definitely NOT 'luxury'!! We went in January so it was cold at night. When we arrived around midnight, the apartment was FREEZING, and there was one small electric heater for the whole 3 bed apartment which we were told should not be left on during the night.
