"The property is misrepresented in the listing. It is not a non-smoking apartment but is a sketchy motel room that has definitely been smoked in. The smoke detector was wrapped in plastic wrap. It was dirty and we couldn’t stay there. We had to book another room for the night which was amazing."

My granddaughter's water turned cold before she got her bath completed and then the same thing happened the next day when she took her shower. My daughter also did not have hot enough water for her shower. You need to check the hot water heater. "Very clean, great location, walking distance to any part of downtown. Lots of noise echoing, slamming doors from the other units all throughout the night. Had a visit from a rude repairman to fix the washing machine during day 2 of our stay, from what I can only think was for an issue reported prior to us staying there. It was never communicated to us that this was going to be taking place while we were there. The shower was large and spacious. The water pressure was not so great."

"My kids loved it. We got a kick out of the rustic nature of it. The shower was plenty hot and water tasted like a good Kentucky well. Starting a fire was a bit of an adventure for the kids too. The light switches took a minute to sort but not bad. The switch for primary light was kind of hidden. Checking in at dusk turned it into a hunt. Host was responsive and easy going. "

"great bathroom facility even is the soap/ shampoo provided is watered down. Just a heads up, the bathroom isn't the only thing that is on a hill. Some of the fire pits are down steep hills (not the easiest thing for my aged mother) The small pond had peddle boats for use so that was fun! All around wonderful, slightly-rustic stay."
