Wonderful stay
Very spacious home with more than enough room for our family of five adults to have a comfortable stay. Eric was a thoughtful and accommodating host. Will be back again!

immaculate and lovely
we loved our stay in woodland! the house is immaculate and has all you need to cook for your family. spacious and comfortable. easy on and off for the highway. close to groceries etc. a wonderful weekend! thank you eric!

Great, comfortable, roomy , quiet, clean
Clean, roomy and quiet. We had our family with us for our granddaughter’s wedding, rested well, spacious kitchen for food prep and dining. We enjoyed our week stay.

Great clean house with excellent owner support.
Eric was very accommodating and helpful. This house was just what we needed for my family (6 adults and two small children) to attend a funeral in Napa. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home!
This property was everything we hoped for and more. Its spacious and clean. Very comfortable stay for my family and I who were in Woodland for a family reunion. We were a large group and used it as a place to sleep and get ready. We cooked a couple of meals in the well equipped kitchen. that had every pot, pan, dish, etc, that we needed to prepare it and eat it. Highly recommend this home! Short hour and a half drive to San Francisco as well!

We rented the house because our daughter got married at a location nearby and it was very conveniently located for that venue as well as shopping nearby for things we needed for the wedding

Very comfortable house for large group
We stayed for a wedding weekend with ten adults and one 8 month old. With 5 bedrooms, everyone had their own private room which was very much appreciated. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of parking in the garage, driveway and in front of the house. Eric was very nice to communicate with and was accommodating when we needed to change our entry time. I would highly recommend this house if you are spending some time in Woodland.

Wonderful brand-new property!
This is a spacious, brand new property conveniently located to U.C. Davis. The backyard is small but well landscaped and inviting. The property owner was friendly and responsive. Overall a great stay!

Spacious stay
This is a quality house with a lot of space. Backyard space is not huge, but very comfortable. The host is very prompt with communication and even had some kids toys upstairs. A lot of rooms and space makes this place a very good place for larger families/groups.
