Charming spacious cottage on beautiful tree lined street. Make time during your visit to relax and enjoy this peaceful, cozy home. Arthouse felt like home! The beautiful art pieces were irresistible and I purchased two stunning prints to bring home. The host was on point with responding to any questions I had. Convenient location. Close to Old Town and Midtown. Right off the 80. Lots of excellent local eats too! I extended my stay two days. I could have stayed another week!

Great House on a quite street

This was a cute house lacated on a quite street near shops, malls, food and much more. House was clean and had all needed supplies along with a few unique things like an Alexa that could control a few items in the house, like the cute light up cactus.Will definitely be back again.

Myself, and my 17 & 21 y.o. sons rented the Art House for my stay visiting family. It’s a cute house with very electric art hanging for sale on the walls. It advertised 2 queen beds and 2 full couch beds. One couch bed was unusable as it couldn’t be pulled out completely, and the other couch wasn’t quite full size and uncomfortably for my 5,8” son to lay on, it was too short. The first bedroom door would not latch, so a chair had to be shoved up against the door to keep it closed. The bathroom door knob was loose. Both sets of mini blinds in the bedrooms had broken slats, and there were no drapes at all to Block out the early morning sun. The filtered water pitcher in the fridge had mold on the inside of the pitcher lid. Something had spilled on the inside of the oven and not cleaned up and caused a lot of smoke in the kitchen when we tried to use the oven, it ruined our food. The hot water only lasted about five minutes. I had to boil water on the stove top in order for my son to rinse off. The Wi-Fi was very spotty. I let the owner know every step of the way what was wrong with the property, and while he offered to have someone come out and fix the water heater, (they raised the heat of the water, it didn’t last any longer) he had no point offered me a discount for the issues at his property. It definitely was advertised as a nicer property than what it ended up being.

Just like home

The Art House was a very comfortable place to stay. Well equipped and organized. The art gives it a more homey welcoming feel. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, easily accessible to other parts of Sacramento. Michael communicated well and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. I left and item at the house and he was willing to mail it to me. That is appreciated and indicative of his hosting skills. Would definitely stay again.

Tahoe Park Art House

Our stay was relatively uneventful. Nice location in a quiet residential neighborhood that was convenient to parks, restaurants, and markets. Very easy to get into town, although construction on 50 was problematic. The house was part of a duplex but there was never any issues with the neighbors in the other unit. The art work on display was very interesting and a nice touch. The provided cutlery, dishes, and cooking utensils were adequate for our needs. The rooms were good size and the beds were very comfortable. Internet access was great and we enjoyed access to the Amazon Firestick attached to the TVs. We suggest the owner consider taping down the carpet in the living room as it was a trip hazard. The stairs into the garage where the laundry is are not that safe and need a railing or something to make access safer. It would also help if more towels were available.

Art house was cozy and cute and communication was good. The listing states there are four beds available, but there was not adequate bedding for the 2 couch beds in the living room, and we could not find towels inside the house for 4 quests. The towels and sheets could be located in a closet in the garage. A little bit of a hassle, but not a huge deal. Overall we could stay here again and enjoyed our time!

Manager responded quickly and cordially. Neighborhood very convenient to every thing. Home was cleaned sub par. So many things broken, smelly and overlooked. Large gaps in metal bedroom blinds😕There's really no excuse for broken toilet seat, grass not maintained, No lid blender.??? Large broken tree branch in yrd. Property pictures did not convey true experience of interior and front yrd. Unfortunate because manager displayed beautiful mannerism but that didn't take care of the disappointing feeling of not getting what you played for.
