Comfortable accommodations for the whole family.

This home was clean and tidy with enough beds for our entire family of 12. They were generous with their amenities, including a nice bottle of wine. We wish it would’ve been summer so we could enjoy their pool. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained as the house has children’s games and activities.

This place was a 10/10! The property matched the description, it was super clean and beautiful. All the instructions were easy and it was perfect for my family of 10 to stay there with PLENTY of space. Santosh was such a superb host. We would 100% recommend!

Above and Beyond!!

Santosh was VERY attentive during our stay. Texts were answered almost immediately and the house was great for the 10 of us! House was spacious and well equipped with anything you could need! Will absolutely stay again and in any other property Santosh may own!

Elk Grove Retreat

Very well equipped house with special touches such as a welcoming wine bottle and toothbrush and toothpaste in bathrooms in case one forgot to bring those essentials. Neighborhood quiet and pleasant. Would recommend.

A great stay

I rented this house as a get ready location for my nearby wedding and it was the perfect place to hangout and enjoy time In between events. The hosts definitely thought of everything and have everything a guest might need readily at hand. Super relaxing and wonderful stay.

MY FAMILY OF 9 ADULTS AND ONE 9 YEAR OLD CHILD BOOKED, PAID, AND STAYED IN THIS HOUSE @10050 COSBY WAY, ELK GROVE, CA 95757 FROM 12/22-12/26/23 UPON BOOKING IN OCTOBER 2023. JUST CAME FROM A BEAUTIFUL AND MORE EXPENSIVE AND BIGGER PLACE IN LA, CA FOR 6 DAYS. WE SURELY HAD A GREAT PLACE, GREAT STAY, GREAT HOST, AND GREAT REVIEW ON THIS L.A. HOME. HOWEVER, SINCE LAST MINUTE BEFORE CHRISTMAS NO OPTION HAD NO CHOICE BUTTHIS HOUSE IN ELK GROVE! WHAT A NIGHTMARE! VERY DISHONEST HOST, DISAPPOINTING, DIRTY, FOUL SMELLING, FILTHY GUEST BATHROOM, MISSING TOWELS IN EACH BATH RM, RUG B.RM/SHOWER FLOOR COVER OR TOWEL, DIRTY & RUSTY KITCHEN APPLIANCE/PANS, NO TRASH CAN BAGS, AND "DRYER RUNNING N JUST CLEANING/WASHING BATH TOWELS UPON ENTRY/CK-IN!" IN THE END END, REC'D A TXT MESSAGE FROM THE HOST/OWNER TRYING TO EXTORT MONEY AND FALSELY ACCUSED US OF "BREAKING A TOILET!" REALLY, HOW IN 4DAYS! THIS PLACE AND THIS HOST/OWNER DEFINITELY SHOULD NEVER BEEN IN THIS COMPANY TO RENT TO TRUSTING AND GOOD PAYING CLIENT/GUEST. NOT WORTH IT AND WITH THE HOST LIKE THIS, I WOULD DEFINITELY BE CAREFUL AND NOT AS TRUSTING IRREGARDLESS OF WHAT "VRBO/COMPANY" SHOWED ON THE COMPANY WEB LISTING. Great weekend Stay

The house is great and well appointed! The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of space. The hosts checked in with us regularly and even sent the pool maintenance company to make sure the pool was clean. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home with everything you need

We spent our holiday 4th of July long weekend here. We shared the home across 3 families (cousins and their kids- 6 adults and 6 kids). The home was beautiful, spacious, well kept and clean. Everything you need was provided. We usually bring laundry detergent, extra paper towels, toiletries and everything BUT you don’t need to! This home has everything you need Including salt, spices and condiments. The home was stocked which made our stay really comfortable and reduced trips to the store. Our kids had an incredible time. There was one room where all our girls slept and hung out. It was decorated with Pokémon stuff animals and a tent. Kids loved it! Each of the rooms had comfortable beds and fans to keep us cool. The pool was nice and cool. We particularly love that it’s salt water which os much better for the skin. The host was incredibly thoughtful and went out of their way to ensure we had an incredible time. They were extremely welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend this lovely getaway! Good people sharing their lovely home.

We booked this house for my daughter's 8th grade promotion and family coming in from out of state. We had 11 people 7 adults 3 children and a 2 year old. The house was very spacious We never felt like we where on top of each other. The host was amazing. Fast response with anything we needed. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

My family of 12 adults attended a wedding in a winery in Clarksburg and found the property to be better than expected! Adequate bathrooms for all of to get ready. Short on towels but host was quick to get them for us and answer any other ?'s we had. Convenient to our wedding venue, very nice family neighborhood with the convenience of stores & restaurants very close by. Added treats and coffee was a plus. Host actually added a kingsize bed in childrens room to accomadate all of us. Host was exceptional.
