We like this house for its open layout and convenient location but even more I like the host. He is/was helpful and responsive. I would be comfortable staying at any of his properties.

Excellent place to stay. Large home in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful back yard pool and spa. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay. I will be back next time.

Perfect West Sacramento family home

This is our preferred rental for Sacramento family reunion weekends. Great amenities for teens. No steps for grandparents to navigate in downstairs living areas. Plenty of bathrooms for large groups. Near shopping and running trails.

Excellent large home - perfect for family gathering

We had a large group of family all traveling to Sacramento and were very comfortable in this home. We had lots of room and the pool was so refreshing and fun! We contacted the owner a few times throughout our stay with basic questions and always received quick replies. I wish there was a bit more seating in the common areas, but it was never uncomfortable. It was a really nice place to stay.

Great Stay

Check in was a breeze. Location was just what I was looking for. House was very clean and nice. Observations: there were no TVs in the rooms. Not an issue, but my teen was hoping to watch some tv in the evening away from the adults. Could have used a later check-out time than 10 AM. Preference would be 11 with an option for "late-check out" by arrangement. Over-all - great house, great host, great location.

Perfect family home

Excellent home with excellent management. I agree with all positive reviews. House is great for multigenerational get together and keeping teens entertained with pool table and air hockey plus outdoor pool and hot tub. Home is close to groceries, Target and fast food. The bed configuration was great for fitting teens and kids. Management responded quickly on holiday weekend to small issues normal to any home. This is our new preferred Sacramento rental.

Spacious home for large group

This house was perfect for our group of 10 adults! Spacious home, large kitchen with island, and beautiful pool. We did not feel crammed at all and had just about everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking available both in the driveway and on the street. Host is very quick to respond. Would absolutely recommend this home for large groups!

Great stay with family and friends

My family and friends stayed at this spacious house recently and had a very memorable time. The teenagers had so much fun playing in the loft (where a pool table is located) that they hardly went to the pool in the backyard. Meanwhile, the younger children enjoyed swimming in the warm pool. There were some minor hiccups during the stay but the homeowner was readily available, receptive and addressed the issues promptly. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable staying at the house. We’d stay there again if ever we’re in the area again.

Spacious and easy

A big, open home in a very quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool and hot tub. Tons and tons of room for the whole crew of adults and kids. Firm noise rules means this is NOT the right home for nighttime pool, tub or patio usage, which was fine for us but heads up. Check out time is early. Overall exactly what we needed, kids had a blast.

Graduation stay

This served as a great home base for UC Davis graduation weekend. We had a group of 8 total and it was spacious enough for everyone to find their own space. The close proximity to shopping and food options was convenient.I had read the previous reviews of the lack of couches/lounge space so I was prepared and that was definitely the only down side. Overall I would stay here again and recommend.

Race Vacation

Our group did the Sacramento Ironman race and this property and location was perfect for that. It was nice having a several large areas we could gather or just prepare for our race. Although we had everything we needed it was nice to know the owners were available if we needed anything. Thank you for making our experience even better

Pleasant and convenient!

Very pleasant home with a beautiful back yard. Home is spacious, clean, includes a game room. Surprisingly quiet and peaceful even though it is in a developed subdivision. Close to all kinds of activities and retail outlets. We had some confusion and reached out to the manager who was more than friendly, patient, and helpful. Instantly responsive and great follow through. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway for the whole family

Very clean property, well kept with new furnishings and appliances. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Great for families with young kids. Could have some more furniture in the living / family areas but bedrooms are well stocked. Owners were very easy to get in touch with. Would love to revisit.

A STAY BIGGER THAN YOU’LL EVER NEED

I believe we hosted 10 or 12 during our stay and had so much room for activities, relaxation, and most of all sleep/showers.
