Extremely noisy between the freeway, the side road traffic, the train that goes by in the middle of the night. It was hard to get a good nights sleep. The room was clean. Had to leave early, so didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast, but it looks like a nice breakfast. Only the location, traffic, noise, and difficulty turning onto the main street without having to go a half mile out of my way to make a U-turn No prevent me from booking this hotel again

This hotel is our favorite go to when in Sacramento. It is clean, roomy, nice bed, friendly/courteous staff, and yummy breakfast. They have remodeled and the room was very pretty. The parking lot feels safe, even at night. Really nothing bad to say. One thing: the landscape lighting along the entrance pathways needs to be tilted, it shines right into people's eyes when walking along and is super blinding/bright at night; may cause someone to trip.

The hotel offered an overall satisfactory experience. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great; however, the downside included parking charges and ongoing construction on one of the hotel floors during my stay.

Family Thanksgiving visit
Stayed here due to family trip for Thanksgiving. Location was convenient. Facility was clean and inviting. Breakfast was good and staff kind and helpful. Did NOT care for having to pay to park there, was not caught prior to booking and will look for this going forward. Was told it was “customary” to have this charge, but did not see it at other hotels around the area and were surprised by this charge. 😬 The turkeys escaped the dinner table at the Hyatt and we got a good laugh over this!
