If you don’t check in at three they will give your room away and give you what ever they have left Made reservations and paid in advance. Didn’t get in till later that evening and they did not have the room I reserved and paid for. Yes I still got to stay. Yes the hotel is clean and very comfortable. Just irritated and annoyed that after reserving and paying for a specific room type that they would sell it out from under me. No doubt I’d stay here again super close to airport and very comfortable. Staff of nice very new and clean place

The ladies at check in were very friendly and helpful upon check in. Rooms were nice and clean. Great place to stay and close to the airport. We also ate at the hotel and the food was great!

My paid reservation for 2 nights was resold because I didn’t show up during my check in. I had an emergency and calling the hotel was the last thing on my mind. I successfully changed the reservation to another name because it was clear I would not be able to make it anymore via Expedia but my guest was told it had already been canceled due to a no-show on Friday 03/15 for a reservation that had been fully paid for a month ago. This dinosaur policy needs to be fixed. If I prepaid for a reservation , and I decide or my guest decide to show up 24 hours later on check in day , don’t tell me my reservation is counted as a no show for a paid reservation. Expedia tried talking to the staff and was told there was nothing that could be done for a paid reservation.

A nice new hotel that still had the new flooring smell. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was a domestic across the hallway at 5:15am. Not the time I wanted to wake up but not the hotels fault. The breakfast was good but I disagree with the description of full breakfast. It’s the same continental breakfast you get elsewhere, eggs potato’s and toast all served by you.

We traveled all the way from WA state. After 12 hours of driving, we got to the hotel (with 2 under 2) and they told me they didn’t have the king bed available that I secured. The playpen that they let us use was broken. I went to shower the next morning and during, found out there was no shampoo. So I had to get out of my shower to ask room service for shampoo. After some was brought, get back in the shower and find the body was was out as well. Breakfast can’t go to the rooms so it was a little inconvenient with kids. Clean, just unsatisfied after a long trip.

New hotel with terrible management
The hotel has horrible management! Got a room with two beds the second bed had just been remade it had hair and dirt on the sheets also the breakfast area was not clean and very minimal
