Our stay started good until there was no hot water on our second night. We were staying for 4 nights and on the second night when there was no hot water, I called front desk to ask about this. They told me the whole building had no hot water and that they were working on this. We had to shower with COLD water. On the 3rd night when we attempted to shower again, it was still cold. At this point, I was trying to be patient but still not fair for me because I’m literally paying for this. I talked to front desk and they moved us to another wing of the hotel where there was hot water now I guess. We were able to have warm water but the shower faucet for the hot and cold was literally working opposite. If you wanted warm water you needed to use the cold side of the faucet. Then, in our new room the wooden dresser that holds a mini fridge had black stains and almost looked like black mold. We then realized that the fridge leaks water and that was why it was black. Before checking out, we communicated to the front desk about the fridge. Their answer was they already knew about it… also, on weekends they only serve cold breakfast like yogurt and fruit lol. I was surprised about that.. all over I give the restaurant a 6/10
