Horrible experience. Our room got downgraded and didn’t get reimbursed. The bed was dirty and stained, plus spiders in the bed!

They had a problem at the hotel, and they canceled my room. The worst thing was, they wouldn’t even try to help me find a room at another hotel even though there was a sister Hilton hotel less than a mile away.

Was given a suite still being renovated. No hot water for 2 days before we checked in and no warning until we arrived at 10 pm. When we asked for compensation we were given the excuse that because we booked through a third party (expedia) they couldn't do anything about it beside give us free breakfast. Having no hot water is a health hazard. Employees just wash their hands with cold water and soap? The hotel management has terrible excuses for their crappy service.

Our stay started good until there was no hot water on our second night. We were staying for 4 nights and on the second night when there was no hot water, I called front desk to ask about this. They told me the whole building had no hot water and that they were working on this. We had to shower with COLD water. On the 3rd night when we attempted to shower again, it was still cold. At this point, I was trying to be patient but still not fair for me because I’m literally paying for this. I talked to front desk and they moved us to another wing of the hotel where there was hot water now I guess. We were able to have warm water but the shower faucet for the hot and cold was literally working opposite. If you wanted warm water you needed to use the cold side of the faucet. Then, in our new room the wooden dresser that holds a mini fridge had black stains and almost looked like black mold. We then realized that the fridge leaks water and that was why it was black. Before checking out, we communicated to the front desk about the fridge. Their answer was they already knew about it… also, on weekends they only serve cold breakfast like yogurt and fruit lol. I was surprised about that.. all over I give the restaurant a 6/10

Small eating area, limited food selection and only open during certain hours. Hotel staff was rude and those who tried to be helpful were hard to communicate with as their English was not great. The hotel puts a $150 charge on your credit card for “incidentals” and it takes 5 days for it to come off! It’s ridiculous. Never again!!

Hello Sigrid,Im sorry that your stay did not go as planned and that you had some issues with the staff ans well as some other areas of the hotel. I will reveiw these with the team so that we can strive to do better.Our hotel policy is that we do secure an "authorization" for any incidentals during your stay but once you check out that authorization is released. Some banks take longer than others unfortunately and we do not have control over that. We can understand the frustration with this since all industries do it and it can add up. Getting Gas, Restaurants and Car Rental agency all authorize and depending on your bank could take a little shorter or longer. Thank you again Sigrid for voicing your concerns. Please know we will use this to train our team and help us become better.

There is a strong smell of wall paint in the room. There is a guest's hair and plastic label left on the dressing table, and there is a little bit of paper on the carpet. This indicates that the cleaning work in this hotel is not good. Moreover, walking from the lobby to the room is really far, and it is not suitable for use as a hotel.

We stayed while there was a lot of construction going on in the facility. The AC was not working correctly and even though we addressed it, it was no resolved. We slept in a room that was stuffy and hot. My son who has very bad allergies had no sleep because the humidity in the room was aggravating his symptoms. Will probably not be returning to this location.

Hello Vanessa,Thank you for your review and letting us know what your experience was like. We are finalizing our renovation (mostly exterior). I can completely understand why you would not be happy if the AC in your room was not working and how frustrating it would have been that no one could fix the issue during your stay. Please know that I have shared your experience with our Maintenance Team and they will work on getting this taken care of. I hope you will give us another opportunity in the future.
