es la segunda vez que me quedo ahi mi primera estancia estuvo bien cuarto limpio bien cuidado pero los vecinos del otro cuarto estuvieron pelian toda la noche la segunda vez me toco un cuarto que segun no era para fumadores esta oliendo a humo habia hoyos mal cuido el bano parceia que tenia grasa las paredes el calento no sirvio muy pocas toallas la television no se veia bien estuvo con lineas pero bueno que se esperaba por el precio

La estancia fue desagradable, primero porque parece ser que este hotel recibe personas sin hogar y no hay reglas en la noche, las fiestas son hasta altas horas de la madrugada, la música a volumen alto, así como las risas, voces y más; mis hijas y nosotros nos sentimos con temor y no seguros, ya que cuando estabamos descansando quisieron entrar a nuestra habitación, gritaban y cogieron la puerta a patadas y puños, gracias a Dios teníamos el seguro de la puerta, mi esposo les tuvo que gritar y pedirles que se fueran y mis hijas muy asustadas. Nunca habíamos pasado por esta situación tan desagradable. Nunca más utilizaremos esta cadana de hoteles y pedimos a ustedes Hotel.com. tener mas conocimientos sobre sus recomendaciones y hoteles. La seguridad y el bienestar de sus clientes son importantes

We got charged for the night and had to find another place to stay because the windows on the 1st floor were broken in. The room didnt have electricity. Stains on sheets and pillowcases. Mold in the shower and toilet. Wasp’s neat outside window. It seemed like a residence for people on crack. Very scary! The pictures on website was not a honest description of what the facility looked like. Bait and switch job!!!!!

Absolutely filthy with cigarette burns on the bedding, dirty sheets, broken furniture, leftover garbage, musty odor, and mold in the shower. The staff was very nice though and did their best to help.

Positives: Inexpensive (much less than local competition). Good hot water. Pretty good internet. A roof overhead. Negatives: Lobby was locked - all transactions were done through window with a thick piece of plexiglas (I'm guessing bulletproof?). All entrances to the hotel had bars on them except the one adjacent to the lobby. Room smelled very faintly of cigarettes. There was a desk in the room, but no chair. Bathtub drained very slowly. The promised "breakfast" consisted of packaged danishes and apples. That's it, except for coffee and fruit drink pouches.

I booked this room for 1 night, a King Sized-non-smoking room. We checked in early and I told them I didn't care if it was 2 beds or a king, they gave us a 2 queen bed room which was perfectly fine. We go to the room and it smelt horrible of smoke, the bedding had cigarette burns in the blankets, a huge hole in the wall by the ac/heater and a hole in the bathroom door they tried patching and the TV Screen had carvings across it. They switched rooms for us. It smelt cleaner, but one bed still had a cigarette burn in the blanket, the bathroom smelt like smoke, there looked like a dried booger on the wall by the sink, cracks in the bathroom floor tiles, the carpeting was dirty, both chairs were broken. I personally would not recommend this place at all for the overall condition of the property and honestly, my daughter and I did not feel very safe, even though the staff was nice.

I did not even stay at this hotel. I checked in and got To my dirty not safe half the crap didn’t even work room. Tv was out the lights didn’t work the deadbolt on my door didn’t work. I checked right back out 30 minutes later. Do not recommend this hotel at all.
