Bad experience from beginning to the end
I made the reservation for 4 people... when we arrived there were no sheets for the sofa bed... we went to the front desk and they only had fitted sheets, no regular sheet and no blankets. Next morning I had to call again since there were only 2 towels (again, the reservation was for 4 people). They were supposed to bring two additional towels... they never came Finally, the bathroom was not well cleaned Not sure why this hotel has so good reviews

This property exceeded our expectations. The check-in staff was excellent. The room was spacious. Its a bit noisy because its close to the freeway but that lends itself to convenience. Cant walk to restaurants or shops but a bunch are minutes away. We'd stay here again.

Room was clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly, even called when I arrived at my room to make sure my room was acceptable. Easy access from car car rentals. Shopping plazas very close by.

Only treadmill is out of order. Not a lot of choices in workout equipment. Breakfast is mediocre: no oatmeal, non-dairy milk. Most of the oranges in the bowl were rotten (can put finger through rind). No other fruit alternatives. Room is spacious and clean though.

The staff was incredible specially the young girl covering on Saturday the 24th morning shift she covering for the birthday girl . An absolute angel this girl she accommodated me immediately I was there from Miami to attend my sister's funeral.
