"The only problem was with the check in due to an equipment malfunction. I contacted Am(owner) and she was right on top of it, she had a back up plan ready to go with almost zero wasted time. When there are issues or problems that tells me more about how a service is than when things go right and Am was amazing! I would be happy to rent from her again. An additional thanks to her for the help when I lost my wallet right around when we checked out."

"I will book again. Communication was perfect. the 3rd bedroom picture wasn't there but I received a picture of it, so all is good. Very roomy. The unit is downtown right across from a hospital. Walking distance to a liquor store and other type stores. No issues at all, us 3 old ladies felt safe there."

Check-in was quick and easy, and the property was exceptionally clean and well-maintained upon arrival. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire experience was seamless. "I was shocked when we get there and I saw the room. The 1 Bedroom apartment was supposed to be premium. The living room area had a nicer flooring, but the bedroom was really outdated, dark dirty looking carpet, with outdated bathroom, super old faucets and shower, barely water flowing, and hardly you could manage to change the hot or cold water with the old faucets. The funny part that I had paid more than my friends that they were in fully renovated units. All the appliances were old too."
