"We stayed in the tower suite which was overall lovely room. For that price, I would appreciate if the amenities are a bit nicer. The quality of the shamoo/conditioner was not very good in my opinion. I found the pillows were useless, too airly and too soft, feels like no substance in them. "We call the hotel to let them know that we were in our way and that we were going to arrive 8:30. At 8:10 they didn´t bother to answear the phone. Avoid this hotel if your are looking for flexibility and good service."
