Wonderful time spent at this house. Owners are very quick with communication and house was perfect for our groups. If you are here to drive the twisted sisters, this house provides a low car welcoming driveway and a 2 car garage. I’ve done with trip with a large group the last 6 years and this house is the best house I’ve stayed at yet. Not sure it can be topped as the pool was amazing, tons of beds and great overall experience. Stay here and rest assured your in great hands!

Perfect for large familly group.

The bedrooms all had multiple beds except the master. Except 2 bedrooms that were adjacent, all were spread out for privacy & quiet. Grandkids loved the pool & hot tub.

All of my buddies complimented the house and were happy. The house is new so some things were not put in place like the heater for the hottub and some towel racks but other than that it was fantastic. Frio River Vacation staff are awesome too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The whole experience was a great from booking our trip to checkout the last day. We had all of our children and grandchildren with us for a total of 17. Each family had their own room to sleep their families as they wished. We could have had another 15 people with us. It was so roomy! The house was a beautiful hill country ranch design and decorated impeccably. Our grandkids loved the pool and hot tub, quite honestly we spent more time there than at the river. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, as well as the grill, smoker and fire pit for s’mores! Plenty of outdoor games provided as well. I can’t say enough about our wonderful time, other than we have already booked for 2026!

The outside rooms were fantastic . The pool area , outdoor bar , grilling area was amazing . The fire pit , grandkids truly enjoyed making s’mores . We were in that pool and jacuzzi night and day . Took walks , during the mornings and nights . This place is truly an amazing place . Everything made our hearts so full of joy . We plan to go back again next year . With gods grace families 3rd vacation . We highly record to at least go have a vacation there . Let the place speak to you and , tell you you’re coming back again and again . Great job for keeping up with the homes .

For starters, our home was beautiful, every morning we woke up to clean, fresh air, chirping of the birds and wide open hill country. Our beds were cozy and our rooms were tidy. This place is a 10/10 find for a church retreat or family getaway. Will 100% be coming back for another trip here.
