"We were not pleased with the guy the video guy who greeted us. That was very impersonal of the Hotel. We prefer to have someone a real person to greet us. Not someone on a zoom video. We did NOT like that part. The light in the bathroom was out. They never did fix it even though we asked them to. we were there for two days. The door keys only worked half the time. we had to keep getting new keys."
