    Nestled in the heart of Saas-Grund, Switzerland, the Montela Holiday Stay offers a refined and flexible holiday rental experience in a modern, stylishly furnished apartment spanning approximately 80 square metres. Located within the Montela Apartment-Hotel & Resort, this quietly and centrally positioned residence is ideal for independent travellers seeking both comfort and the option of additional services during their stay in the Swiss Alps. The apartment accommodates between 6 and 7 guests across 3 separate bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and 2 fully equipped bathrooms featuring a shower with WC and a bathtub with WC respectively. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, while the living area includes a sofa bed measuring 140 cm in width, suitable for an additional guest. Situated on the upper floors, between floors 1 and 3, the apartment is a non-smoking property that has been lovingly and thoughtfully appointed throughout. Guests benefit from complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring seamless connectivity throughout their stay. The price of the stay includes all utilities such as electricity, water, and heating, as well as parking, internet access, reception service, final cleaning, and a set of bed linen and towels per stay. A lift is available within the building for added convenience.

A tourist tax is payable exclusively on-site: during summer from 01.06. to 31.10., the rate is CHF 7.- per adult per night and CHF 3.50 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years per night; during winter from 01.11. to 31.05., the rate is CHF 4.50 per adult per night and CHF 2.25 per child aged 6 to 15.99 years per night. One of the bedrooms features 2 separable beds measuring 180 cm in total width, which can alternatively be configured as a non-separable queen-size bed of 160 cm.
