80 m² deluxe apartment with a large terrace

Fully equipped, private 4-star apartment with 80 square meters, including a large terrace and a great view, in a quiet location with excellent public transportation access

You’ll find a beautiful, newly renovated, private 80-square-meter apartment equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the Saarland.

The apartment features a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large double sink.

The bedroom features a super-comfortable king-size box-spring bed; for bookings of more than 2 guests, an extra sofa bed (140x200) is available in the living room, as well as a single guest bed (90x200).

In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sofa and a 65-inch smart TV with Ambilight.

There are also books and board games available for rainy days.

The luxury Nolte kitchen, including a kitchen island, is also fully equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself and prepare a delicious breakfast or dinner.

With the built-in dishwasher, you won’t even have to wash the dishes yourself.

There’s also a huge American-style side-by-side refrigerator with an ice maker and water dispenser.

To stock it up, there are grocery stores just a few minutes’ (2–3) walk away.

We’re happy to provide excellent bus connections to all corners of the Saarland and free tips for day trips as a bonus ;-)

The apartment is located on the first floor and also features an exceptionally large terrace with its own gas grill.

For guests staying longer than 20 days, we’re happy to draw up a standard lease agreement.

A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available in the building for a small additional fee.

To stock the spacious side-by-side refrigerator, there are grocery stores just a few minutes (2–3) away on foot.

If you’re short on time, you’re also welcome to book the hassle-free, paid grocery delivery service (€15).

A top-notch bus service covering all corners of the Saarland and excursion tips are included free of charge ;-)

My guests have their own entrance with a private door leading to the apartment.

Access is via the building’s shared entrance and hallway.

The apartment is located on the first floor.

I live in the building myself and will be on site to hand over the keys; if you’d like to check in on your own or are arriving late, you can use the key safe.
