The spacious vacation apartment is located in a separate section of the detached single-family home, which is occupied by the host family themselves. Thanks to its own video-monitored entrance, you’ll enjoy privacy and an undisturbed stay in a personal and family-friendly atmosphere. A special highlight is the spacious sun terrace, reserved exclusively for guests. Surrounded by a dense hedge and lovingly landscaped, it offers a high degree of privacy and invites you to relax amidst the greenery. The view takes in meadows and the adjacent orchard with apple trees, grapevines, and other fruit trees—an idyllic setting for a relaxing vacation. A large dining table with benches, two comfortable lounge chairs, and a charcoal grill create the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, or cozy barbecue evenings. You also have access to a private balcony with cozy seating. Enjoy the morning sun here, start your day with a cup of coffee, or wind down the day with a glass of wine while experiencing the soothing tranquility of the rural surroundings. Free parking is available right next to the house. A bus stop with good connections to public transportation is within easy walking distance. Our lovingly furnished 85-square-meter vacation apartment in Surheim in the Rupertiwinkel region offers plenty of space for families, couples, and active vacationers. Bright rooms and high-quality furnishings create a pleasant living atmosphere. Two cozy bedrooms and a large living area with a couch ensure restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for enjoying evenings together and good food. Outside, you’ll find a quiet garden area with a grill and a balcony—perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, as well as for relaxing after an eventful day. Numerous lakes and rivers with swimming and fishing opportunities, as well as a variety of biking and hiking trails, start right at your doorstep and offer ideal conditions for an active yet relaxing vacation. A bakery and shopping options are within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi and parking are, of course, available. Pets are not allowed, so even those with allergies can relax and enjoy their vacation.

You’ll be right in the heart of it in no time and can then return to the peaceful rural surroundings. Our vacation rental is the ideal starting point for a variety of excursions to the Berchtesgadener Land, Lake Chiemsee, and the Austrian Alps. For hiking enthusiasts, the nearby Haarmoos, the Schatzbewahrer Loop Trail, the Ainringer Moor, and the Schönramer Filz are great options, as are longer hikes, such as in the Watzmann region on the Untersberg, as well as up the Hochstaufen or Predigtstuhl. Cyclists will find plenty to enjoy on the local Biosphere Cycle Trail, the Mozart Cycle Trail, and many other routes around the area’s lakes. On warm days, Abtsdorfer See, Waginger See, and Lake Chiemsee are perfect for swimming and relaxing. In winter, ski resorts such as Jenner, Götschen, and Roßfeld are within easy reach. Anglers will also find excellent conditions.
