Villa Sol is a striking designer villa in Crestatx, finished throughout the ground floor and terraces in beige Capri matt marble, with elegant black marble accents adding contrast where it counts. The four bedrooms, two with emperor-size beds and two with king-size beds, sleep 8 guests in complete comfort, each enjoying its own private balcony and en suite bathroom.



The marble theme continues into every bedroom, with the master suite's en suite featuring a striking black and white marble finish, complete with both a bath and a separate shower. The remaining three bedrooms are equally well appointed, one with a bath and two with showers.



The fully equipped kitchen is a showpiece in its own right, built around a white lacquered cuboid island with an integrated ceramic hob, marble worktop and sink, while floor-to-ceiling black lacquered units conceal the appliances for a seamless, uncluttered finish. A wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine and freezer complete the setup for effortless self-catering.



A Sonos sound system runs throughout the property, with speakers in the kitchen, a soundbar in the living room, speakers out on the terrace, and a portable speaker in the master bedroom, so music can follow guests from room to room via the Sonos app. A separate guest WC sits conveniently alongside the living room. For family stays, a children's snug and a media room with PlayStation, plus Netflix on every television, keep guests of all ages entertained. Outside, an outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge and gas barbecue makes al fresco dining and entertaining effortless.



The heated swimming pool (approximately 12.84m x 4.86m, 1.65m deep, chlorine) anchors the outdoor space, set against the backdrop of the surrounding mountains, and completes a property built for stylish, sociable holidays close to Pollensa's golf courses.
