Super responsive and lovely hosts. We were generally very happy with our stay. We did have some plumbing issues unfortunately with two of the toilets getting blocked and a broken lock in one of the others. But the property managers were very helpful. Some strange decor and furnishings but the house is in good condition. We had a lovely stay.

Awesome House. Great Location. Warm Host.

We cannot recommend this house enough. Great location. Great house. Well equipped. Between the billiard table, ping pong table and pool with waterfall, kids and parents were kept entertained. Charlie was a pleasure to communicate with. She bent backwards to accommodate every request our big group had. We look forward to returning next summer.

We loved our stay in Crestatx. The villa was in an amazing location. It was very clean and had all the modern comforts you would need. Our family and friends who stayed with us were very impressed with the spacious villa and yard. We would recommend this property to anyone who is thinking of coming to Mallorca for an extended stay!

The garden and pool area is amazing. If i could take one feature home with me it would be the palm trees. Plenty of roomBut i wondered if majorca as a whole has plumbing problems? We needed the plumber on fast dial.11 people on holiday need larger bins and perhaps a second dishwasher. On the whole our 3 generations holiday was most successful.

We enjoyed this lovely spacious villa set in its mature gardens. The swimming pool is a good size and there are plenty of loungers as well as comfortable outdoor seating. In general the facilities are very good and our only disappointment were the showers which need some urgent attention.

Schönes Haus - Baustelle daneben

Tolles Haus, nette Menschen, leider war eine Baustelle neben dem Haus. Dieses führte dazu, dass wir 14 Tage Lärm hatten. Hätte man drauf hinweisen können, man hat aber versucht diesen abzustellen bzw zu Bitten die Arbeiten einzustellen.

Beautiful property, stunning pool and house. Terrapins very friendly. Lots of space which catered well for our mix of ages from 1 to 80 years. Thoroughly recommend the house for a relaxed family holiday.

Malle geht immer und das Objekt auch👍

Internet und Realität sind sehr gut beieinander! Die Baustelle beim direkten Nachbarn (Neubau!) hat in der Woche etwas genervt und man sollte Nachts nicht zu laut Musik hören und feiern… Polizei wird schnell gerufen … sind nett aber bestimmt 😜 Das Haus ist technisch top ausgestattet und sehr schön traditionell gehalten! Pool und Wasserfall herrlich erfrischend und sauber Etwas wenig Sonnenschutz rund um den Pool, aber sonst Alles 5 Sterne Der Vermieter Ben aus Nottingham ist Klasse👍 Gerne wieder Reisegruppe Wernecke/Thrandorf/Nickeleit/Wille

Wunderschöne Anlage

Die Villa Las Palmeras ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Aufteilung war wunderbar, der Aussenbereich perfekt für Kinder. Und der Service nur zu empfehlen. Kleine Probleme wurden sofort behoben.

Tolle Finca mit 5*****, Service leider nur ***

Die Finca ist absolut TOP. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Es gab leider ein paar Sachen, die nicht in Ordnung waren. So war der Gasgrill sehr verschmutzt, die Lounge aussen war auch dreckig. Der Pool war bei der Ankunft auch sehr verschmutzt, was dann erst 3 Tage nach Anreise beseitigt wurde. Leider ist die Agentur auf solche Mängel nicht eingegangen und war auch nicht einmal vor Ort um zu schauen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Bei einer solchen Immobilie, die auch einen angemessenen Preis kostet, ist dies unserer Ansicht zu erwarten. Weiter scheint die Agentur auf den verschiedenen Anbieter Portalen unterschiedliche Leistungen an zu bringen. Insgesamt trotzdem ein toller Urlaub.

Great house!

I stayed at this property with some friends and our small children and we had a great time. I feel like the pictures don't do the house justice and there are amenities not highlighted (ex. pool table, ping pong, upstairs lounge area, etc.). The house was extremely clean and the host was super easy to contact. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Schönes Haus in einem wunderbar gestalteten Garten

Großzügiges Haus, großer angenehmer Garten mit schönen Orten zum zurückziehen, lesen oder chillen. Insgesamt ein privater Ort mit einer besonderen Atmosphäre. Wir waren als Familie mit 10 Personen dort und würden dieses Haus sofort wieder buchen.

Lovely stay in an amazing villa

The photos don't do the villa justice, it is absolutely amazing and we had a brilliant stay! All of the bedrooms are a great size and very comfortable and the villa has all the facilities you need for a great trip. The garden area is simply stunning, an amazing pool and plenty of space. The terrapin and fish pond is an unique feature that my young nieces both loved. We had a few issues with a door/cupboard handle and also the electric gate very briefly but Ben was very quick to respond and rectify the situation so thank you very much to him! We were all sad to leave this amazing villa and would definitely go back in a heartbeat!

Wunderschöne Finca Las Palmeras

Die Finca ist traumhaft schön, sowohl im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel, alles in einem top gepflegten Zustand, sehr sauber und wohnlich; ein Ort, um Auszusteigen, sich wohl zu fühlen und die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Die Natur auf dem Grundstück ist herrlich, die Haustiere (Schildkröten) sind gemütlich anzuschauen. Der große Pool, umgeben von Palmen, untermalt vom Plätschern des Wasserlaufs über den Felsen, ist toll und lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Die Liegestühle sind bequem und ausreichend. Die gesamte Finca ist nicht einsehbar und wird so zu einem herrlichen Urlaubsdomizil. Sie liegt prima in der Nähe zu Sa Pobla mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und nah an Pollenca und der Bucht von Alcudia für Strandausflüge. Wenn noch ein paar Geschirrhandtücher und Thermoskassen zur Verfügung gestellt würden, wäre das perfekt. Ansonsten haben wir nichts vermisst und würden die Finca jederzeit wieder buchen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut stimmig.

Finca mit Baustelle

Die Finca an sich ist sehr schön nur konnten wir uns in unserer gebuchten Woche( Sa.-Sa.) Mo.-Fr. in der Zeit von 07:30Uhr-17:00Uhr nicht auf dem Gelände der Finca aufhalten, weil auf dem Grundstück neben uns die ganze Zeit ein Bagger mit Hydro-Hammer ein riesen Loch in den Boden gestämmt hat. Unerträglich!!! Wir haben an diesen Tagen die Finca verlassen müssen......!

Wonderful stay !

The house is exactly like on the pictures. The garden and pool are beautiful. The inside of the house is great too. Easy to go to Pollencia and to the beaches. Ben and Charlie are very helpful and nice. We had a wonderful week and recommend this property !

Excellent Villa near Pollenca and Alcudia

A beautiful villa with all accommodations you need. Tranquil setting and large plot with well designed seating areas. All bedroom were of good quality a bit on the small side but that is compensated by the excellent living areas. A brand new kitchen downstairs is fully equipped. We did not use the kitchen upstairs. A bit outdated. So to summarize we will gladly come back and stay in this beautiful villa. Fredrik with family and friends

Wonderful family week!

We really enjoyed our week in the house! Great pool and barbecue area. The house is big and a lot of space for 12 people. The only downside where that we only had two bathroom on the top floor for 6 people. Also the kitchen is old and need an update with an broken and old dishwasher. But overall a great house and fantastic hospitality from the property owner!

Beautiful villa, perfect for families & groups of friends

The villa is a sanctuary, 15 mins from Pollensa, and the perfect place to call home for a week. From to pool to the terrapin pond, we loved it all. The facilities have everything you need and it’s large enough that even with a full villa there is loads of space for privacy. Plus the view across to the mountains from the roof terrace is amazing. Loved it!

Villa was above expectations!

Arrived with our instructions (we had almost been scammed on 2 previous villas through other rogue companies) thankfully this company are who they claim to be! When the gate opened its hard not to be blown away with the scale of the place. Fantastically kept grounds lead you a long drive past the beautiful large pool area. Then enter the very large split accommodation which is everything you want 3 large rooms up & down with 2 kitchens 2 dining areas large dining area outside downstairs kitchen with a table and bench which easily sat our group of 10. On the 3rd story is a large viewing deck to take in the beautiful scenery. There are ponds with Terapins which were cool. Outside toilet & 2 showers by the pool area & a water fall which is great large Bbq area with a large grill. We done a few day trips taxis are cheap. Could go on & on.... it's a great villa for small or large groups, will 100% be back at some point!!!!
