"Nothing worked properly. Shower didn't work, hot water didn't work, air-con noisy, no microwave, bathroom sink blocked. Reception slow and had trouble finding booking. Kept us waiting while we were soaking wet from rain. Then after we got into the room she took the key back to reception without us ..."

"The room was fairly 'basic' but good value for the money. The staff were excellent: I was injured (not at the hotel) during my visit to SaKaeo and they were very helpful, bringing breakfast to the room and helping with my bags."

"ได้จองที่พักผ่านเว็บนี้ พอเช็คอินเข้าที่พักพนักนักงานบอกว่าห้องที่จองราคาประมาณ 5xxบาท. เต็มแล้ว แต่ว่างห้องราคา 7xxบาท เอาไงละ! ว่าจะยกเลิกยากด้วย ทำไม? โรงแรมถึงมีระบบแย่แบบนี้คะ มีห้องเต็มแล้วทำไมเปิดให้ลูกค้าจองอยู่ เกิดข้อผิดพลาดก็ช่วยแก้ปัญหาไม่ได้ เราไม่อยากมากเรื่อง เลยจ่ายส่วนต่างไป. ถ้าเป็นคนอื่นคงไม่ยอมแน่ค่ะ ..."
