"Estupenda"

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Finca von Joan. Das Grundstück ist ideal für Kinder, es ist umzäunt und bietet mit Baumhaus, Rutsche, Schaukel und Trampolin tolle Möglichkeiten. Nicht zu vergessen, der riesige Pool. Die Orangenbäumen bieten die Möglichkeit von täglich frisch-gepresstem Saft. Die Finca ist sauber, hat allerdings einen bestimmten Geruch, den man nur mit stets offenen Türen weg bekommt. Uns war nicht bewusst, dass die Klimaanlage (und somit für uns im November) die Heizung...

"La casa es fantástica y la situación privilegiada. La anfitriona nos trató muy bien, siempre atenta y muy agradable. La piscina impecable, la hamaca imprescindible e incluso nos animamos un día con la barbacoa. Amplio y cómodo, incluido los lavabos. Hemos disfrutado mucho. Gracias!"

"Perfecta, volvería. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que el dia de entrada cayó una de las tormentas mas grandes q recuerdo, y los dueños hicieron lo posible porque todo volviera a su ser en el menor tiempo posible. Disfrutamos de la casa y del acceso directo a la playa, a una de las mejores playas de mallorca."

"Todo perfecto. La anfitriona muy bien y muy servicial. Habria que renovar una de las camas de matrimonio del dormitorio de abajo, esta en muy mal estado, pero por el resto todo fenomenal. Hemos eatado muy a gusto y hemos creado un gran recuerdo en Villa Beatrice! Repetiremos seguro!"

"Die Finca ist sauber und wirklich wunderbar renoviert. Der Ausblick: sensationell. Wer eine ruhige Zeit sucht und die Abgeschiedenheit, wird hier fündig. Ein paar Dinge sollte man wissen: - Das Haus ist per Auto nur über den Besucherparkplatz der Bucht Deia zu erreichen. Da ist selbst im Winter viel los. Zeit mitbringen! - Durch die Hanglage hatten wir keine Sonne auf Terasse oder am Pool, trotz vieler Sonnenstunden im Winter. Das war sehr schade, aber ggf. durch anderen Sonnenstand im Sommer...

"De perfecte plek en uitvalsbasis om het echte mallorca te beleven. We kwamen in het voorjaar waardoor het nog rustig was. Zowel het huisje als het dorp en de ruimere omgeving katapulteren je naar een authentiek sfeer die je wil meemaken."

"Die Finca ist total schön, Jaume ist supernett und alles ist ganz entspannt. Viele mit Liebe gestaltete Details. Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub, auch deshalb weil das vorhandene WLAN kaum mehr Kommunikation als kurze Nachrichten, aufgrund der geringen Übertragungsrate, zulässt. Für uns war es traumhaft und Jaumes Mama Francisca hat uns super mit Begrüssungs-Süßigkeitenkorb, sowie einer sensationellen Paella versorgt. Wer seine Ruhe sucht und diese Finca besucht, der macht alles...

"Wir haben eine knappe Woche in dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht. Das Grundstück ist riesig, alles ist gepflegt und sauber, es fehlt an nichts. Die Finca liegt etwas abseits, mit einem Mietauto sind jedoch Einkauf, Entsorgung, Restaurants und auch die Strände nicht weit gelegen. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen, der Pool ist riesig und die grosse Terrasse bietet Raum für gemütliche Spielabende und Lesestunden. Entspannung pur! Herzlichen Dank an Pepe auch für den überaus netten Empfang!"

"We had a brilliant stay at this beautiful villa. It was clean with good beds and good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Air conditioning in main living space and 2 of the bedrooms, and fan in third bedroom. Stunning pool area with views of the village and mountains. Excellent mini supermarket in Fornalutx with pretty much everything you might need. Fornalutx also has a handful of bars/cafes and restaurants serving a range of great cuisine, our favourite was Es Turo. The drive up to the house is...

"Veronica’s property is in an idyllic location in an olive grove high up in the hills above Fornalutx and Biniaritx in the Soller valley. Both villages are a 40ish minute walk away, have good restaurants and the former a great wee shop as well. The valley has terrific walking, with much of it well signposted. The property and garden are both fitted out to a high standard with all the features you would expect. Views are amazing and the pool is lovely (though a bit chilly in April!)...

"The rural setting of this typical Mallorcan house is in the most perfect setting amongst ancient olive trees with views of the mountains from every window. Sheep were our neighbours. The inside is fairly basic but adequately equipped.You will want to spend more time outside than in. Take care on the track down to the house if you don't want to damage a tyre as we did!. Local restaurant at the Mirador) (5 minutes drive) is friendly and good value."
