"From the outside it looed older but the rooms had been nicely refinished. We really appreciated that no physical check in was required as our door code was texted to us. Check out was the same. Beach towels are avalable at the front desk. Parking was tight as there were a few large pickups that took extra room in a tight angle park courtyard. "

"Great hotel. Modern, clean, comfortable. Great location. Walking distance to Okanagan Lake and beach. Close to good food options (A&W, Edo Japan, Subway, Tim's, Cobbs, Starbucks, and local grocery store). Really enjoyed the stay."

"We were a group of 8 with 4 rooms. Rooms were dirty with cobwebs and spiderwebs all along the ceiling and window sill. Some beds comfortable some were not. Location is awesome. Staff were great. Easy check in and check out. "

The staff is very friendly, they loved our pet which is such a plus, and our room was awesome - the bed was super comfortable and we loved the bath tub. We also got free wine tasting and there was a bottle of wine in our room as well. I would for sure go back there next time we are in Naramata "
"The friendly accommodating owner of the Valley Star takes such pride in her place and it shows. Over 2 decades of family run business, it is spotless, spacious and comfortable. Full size fridge, stove, oven, comfortable beds and a couple blocks walk to the beach or restaurants make it such great value. My husband and I enjoyed staying here very much. "
