"For my purposes of visiting an unwell relative, it was perfect. However, if you don’t know the area it appears a bit run down. The appartments themselves have good security with cctv. I booked through travel site and found communication was not easy. I have a feeling the owners are new to letting their appartments so hopefully teething issues. The cleanliness was ok but I again suspect that it was a rush job to prepare for our stay. The apartment location is central and a short walk to the train...

"Lovely cottage and welcoming hosts, enjoyed our two night break but definitely wished we had booked in for longer! Eating breakfast each morning on the patio sharing with the guinea fowl and chickens was definitely a highlight, especially with the fresh eggs available!Sadly we didnt have time to have a go at fishing in the lake but we did enjoy some evening strolls around the land which were lovely.Wouldn't hesitate to stay again or recommend to friends visiting the area."

"A gem of a cottage which had been restored to a really high standard. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, log burner with plenty of wood and loved all the decor/pictures throughout. A welcome basket with local goodies was also a nice touch. We loved the folder full of the history on the property and all the pictures of the other houses/buildings in the village which we went to find on our walks with our dog. Would highly recommend. "
