Lovely, well appointed 2 bedroom. Sean was a pleasure, always there for all questions. Location is perfection, across from most beautiful ocean views on New England coast, overlooking Isle of Shoal. Quaint New Castle and Historic Portsmouth just minutes away.

Outstanding Stay in Rye, NH

We had an outstanding visit to Rye, NH. The Atlantic Dream is an amazing location with incredible views. We needed a single level house with no inside stairs due to an aging parent and this property delivered. Check-in and out was very easy with simple instructions. Manager was quick to respond and very attentive. 5-Star VRBO!

This was a perfect location for a weekend away. Close to Portsmouth for meals and shopping. In Rye- tasty restaurants and many ways to assess the ocean. Unit had room space for two of us, ocean views, deck with seating, and clean space. Owner has a separate check in process and lease agreement that does not match Vrbo’s information.

Overall very nice. I tried to communicate prior to stay for an extra parking space and never received a response. We went out of our way to pick up my daughter to not have the extra car only to see multiple empty spots all weekend long. A few more towels would have been nice. Otherwise a great weekend.

Ocean view getaway

Four women stayed in this lovely unit across the street from the ocean with lovely views. It’s just 13 minutes from downtown Portsmouth but you can walk to the nearby beaches-and the host provided all the essentials including coffee and creamers. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

Great week on the water

This has been a bucket list item for me for years. Staying on the ocean, watching the sun rise, the moon rise. Walking on the beach, swimming in the Ocean, Eating seafood. We were able to do it all and stayed at a great place with good beds, a nice set up , plenty of kitchen utensils. Very comfortable inside and outside. Beautiful lawn and Adirondack chairs looking at the Ocean. We would highly recommend this to any couple or pair of couples. Sean was great - making sure we had everything we needed.

First of all, the host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any of our questions. The unit had everything we needed and check out was a breeze. The beach down the street was very clean and relaxing. Overall I would recommend this unit for short and long term stays. Thank you Seacoast

Beautiful View

This property does not disappoint. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to many attractions. The view from the front window is outstanding. When it's clear, which it was during our March visit, you can see the Isles of Shoals. The beds were comfortable and the unit clean. We had a little issue with entry but communication with the property manager was excellent and everything was quickly resolved. Several local seafood restaurants were open which was an unexpected treat so early in the season, but the kitchenette is well stocked with dishes, along with coffee and tea. There's not a lot of counterspace so I wouldn't plan on cooking Thanksgiving dinner but it's fine for making basic meals. I'd definitely book here again and highly recommend.

Girls getaway

I cannot say enough about this property! My friend and I stayed for two nights in February. The location is spectacular! You look out your front window and the ocean is right there. We were fortunate to have amazing weather, and I was able to enjoy my coffee in the mornings, while looking at the spectacular views outside! The cottage is well furnished with everything you could possibly need. It was very clean. The location could not be beat as it was at minutes away from downtown Portsmouth port for shopping and restaurants, as well as a short drive over to Newburyport for some more shopping. The management of this property could not have been better in communications and making sure that we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that needs a short or a longer getaway. Only one criticism was that the couch was not very comfortable and it would be nice to have a side chair so you did not have to always just sit next to the person or people you are staying with.

Cute Little Spot

A perfect little home base while going out to visit spots in Dover and Portsmouth! Super close to pretty much everything and I loved being able to hear the ocean. A couple of cons, but nothing major was that the wifi was pretty spotty and wouldn’t connect very well, that wouldn’t have been as huge of a problem but no one had service at the spot either. The lack of an accent chair was also very noted (we had 4 of us and so we couldn’t all fit on the couch. An accent chair would have solved the issue of one/ two of us using kitchen chairs while relaxing). Communication with the property manager was always very informative and prompt.

From Cincinnati to Rye NH condo

Location, ocean views and up to date condo were ideal as a home base for visits to Portsmouth, Manchester, York, Wolfsboro, Lake Wenapasaka, LL Bean, lunch at Mabel’s in Kennebunkport and Boston’s Quincy Mkt. to finish it off. Sweet visit, any time of year. And we were treated with the sights of The Cliffs and Wentworth by the Sea. Drives both up and down the ocean front from the city of Rye where this condo is located among millionaires row. Wi Fi was unpredictable….Bob & Bev

Wonderful stay!

The home was great all fresh and new. The location had beautiful views. We went off season so it was quiet and relaxing. It rained so we weren't able to enjoy the spacious deck. I love the location and used to go to Rye beach for summer vacations as a kid.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner reached out quite often which was a plus. It was so close to Wallis beach we were there everyday. The house was very pretty but could use a few things to make it 5 star perfect stay. Adding a chair to the living room space would ensure there was seating for 4. The fry pans are not nonstick so cleaning them was difficult. I would bring your own fry pan or Brillo pads. Couch sunk quite a bit when you sit on it Plus things: location, cuteness, view can not be beat, communication from owner, ease of check in, beautiful deck and deck furniture.
