"This is my third stay here. It's a wonderful cabin and property for nature lovers! The lovely deck is a perfect place to take in the surroundings. A pond, a waterfall, a fire pit and a cozy cabin, totally private, what more could you ask for? If you have physical limitations, just be aware that you have to walk up a small hill and some stairs from the parking area and the spiral staircase inside may be difficult to navigate for some. "

"What a great place to stay close to Middlebury college. My wife and I were visiting our son at Middlebury college. We brought our Labrador Retriever. What a great dog friendly neighborhood! Brian was very accommodating and even let us check in hours early. It was great to have a fenced in yard. It's a quiet and beautiful neighborhood! We will always try to stay here when visiting our son. "

"Suited our needs. Slept 12 people comfortably. Private pool and trampoline not pictured. The house feels lived in which felt a little weird but not a deal breaker. Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. "We stayed at this lovely home during my daughter’s graduation from Dartmouth College. The setting is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful nature, which made our stay especially relaxing. "Had an amazing time, the house is beautiful and waking up in the morning with the sun coming through the windows made it feel like a vacation. The deck and patio was amazing we spent all of our time outside. Our canine family member (our baby boy) loved the yard and barking at the kayaks going by. "This was our third trip back to this house, so needless to say we enjoy staying set the property. It has enough rooms and beds to fit us and our extended family comfortably, has everything we want and need (multiple bathrooms, a fil kitchen,) plus there's the bonus of a working fireplace. The location can't be beat. Right on the lake, about 7 minutes from the Jackson Gore base area, and Erin walking distance to the dust house. We love it. "

"Loved our stay at this charming house. It would suit nice for a small group. We found everything we needed to cook at the house. The area is beautiful.
