Fantastic stay will stay again

An amazing stay, very relaxing. Well equipped property and average monies for electric was spot on even using hot tub all over Easter weekend. Gary was a superb host. Will definitely be back.

Chill time with a view

Relaxing view from the balcony overlooking the water and park, sitting in a swinging chair. Property was as described by owner. The owner messaged before arriving for stay, to say there was an issue with hot tub, and he was arranging someone to look at it. He was very apologetic about this and it was repaired the following morning, and all ready to use later on in the day. As I have some mobility issues I needed to be careful getting into the tub but was sooo worth it once I did. I have recommended to a few friends this place as they accept dogs.

October Break

Had a fabulous stay. Accommodation was ideal with lots to do locally. Hot tub was a lovely added bonus, and we all enjoyed looking at the ducks and swans. Great host who explained everything clearly. Thank you.

Well needed break away

The house was lovely, with relaxing hot tub and views of the park, over the lake. Perfect location for exploring north wales, and short walk to park and town centre. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect break

Lovely apartment with everything you could need, very clean. Owner friendly and helpful. Outside space and hot tub was a real bonus , so nice to sit out overlooking the park. Local town great to explore . Great base to explore this area. Would definitely love to retun.

Absolutely wonderful, very relaxing

We had a fabulous stay at the Cottage. Communication with Gary the host was 1st class. The cottage was very clean and it had everything you could think of. It really is a beautiful tranquil place to stay, the hot tub is an added bonus. The town of Ruthin is a lovely interesting place, with a nice town park and you can enjoy a river walk or for more adventurous head to the local hills. Loved our stay here and will definitely return.

A little gem

Loved our weekend, the accommodation was very clean and had everything we needed with the added luxury of a hot tub overlooking the beautiful park. The town itself is lovely with lots to explore and pubs/cafes/gift shops whilst at the same time feeling very rural and quaint. Will definitely return 👍🏻😄

Online booking through VRBO was easy and straight forward. Gary was very knowledgeable of the local area and answered any questions that we had with expertise. We are very grateful for this. Love that the property was pet friendly, our for baby had as he lovely break with his family. Quirky place, little hidden gem, lovely and clean, very comfy, everything you need, hot tub was such a treat especially when raining with it being undercover, ideal if you want peace but great places to visit nearby, owner very friendly, us and our faithful dog would and have already recommended this place , hopefully visit again

Fabulous cottage

Everything about the cottage was delightful. It was tranquil and even when it rained the undercover veranda and hot tub was magical (especially in the dark under the fairy lights). Very clean, fresh soft towels and comfy bed. A short walk to the park, so the dog was happy as well! And Gary was a great host, thank you.

Excellent !

Everything from start to end was spot on, Gary very helpful, even after we checked out when our car window wouldn't go up. Great position, lovely little village with everything you'd need. Hot tub was great. Arrived Friday evening, left Monday morning and the electric was only £10 and that included the hot tub kept nice and hot for the duration of our stay. 10/10 from us!

Great Stay

The property has a great location and was very easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay and the hot tub was amazing with a great view of the river and park. The main bed could do with some WD40 but was manageable :) Cheers
