"Overall good stay, only real issue being unable to take the paid for breakfast, would be a good idea to ensure breakfast times are stipulated pre booking as have been changed to a later (8am) start. Host did provide a wrapped sausage sandwich and drink though. Room comfortable with all amenities to a very good standard . "

"A wonderful stay for 4 nights - the property is situated just out of the main area of Betws-y-coed which was brilliant as the town was crazy busy all the time - it was good to be able to get away. "We were made very welcome, and so were our two dogs. Breakfasts were perfect (vegetarian) with lots on offer. The bed was comfortable and the landlady is very friendly and attentive."

"This is an excellent B and B. Clean, quiet, safe, affordable and comfortable. It is a bit remote, in a little village, so do take care when driving to it. Our Driving app directed us through some single lane, gravel roads because that was the shortest way. But you don’t have to do that, as we discovered. "

"Can’t fault this B&B. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with smiles and support. We had just arrived after a very long flight so needed a little TLC! The little cottage at the back was perfect for our stay. Very comfortable beds, lovely space for sitting outside to have coffee and bathroom a good size. "Absolutely wonderful place…would highly recommend. Everything as seen on the photos and in the description. Stayed in the 4 bedroom cottage, all with their own bathroom and ate is as celebrating a big birthday for one of the family. Staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough! Thank you! "

"An extremely warm welcome set the tone for my visit, yea and cake to start off with. First class service delivered by the marvellous hosts. A very well appointed room and en-suite bathroom. A fantastic house with a spectacular spacious garden. Minutes away from the Bird in the Hand pub and restaurant. I will be back for future visits to my family in the area. "Lovely b&b. Fantastic 3 course meal. Highly recommended. Kate is a super host. But the two dogs beg at the breakfast/dinner table. They need to be kept in a separate room while guests are eating. Breakfast was disappointing. Cooked breakfast consisted of 2 streaky bacon,burnt sausage and a fried egg with yolk overcooked. Make sure you ask how you want your eggs cooked. First morning we asked for scrambled egg which were perfect! Also the bedroom door needs a proper key lock on it. Everything...

"Very slow check in, card machine not working so had to write my card details down on a piece of paper (not sure this is compliant with GDPR). No iron available. Paid £15 for breakfast thinking it was a cooked breakfast but was only continental consisting of a box of cereal, a piece of ham, 2 pieces of cheese, rock hard crusty roll and a jar of strawberries. Drove 5 minutes down the road and got 2 full English breakfasts for £16. There was no shower gel and only half a toilet roll left for us....

"Lovely cabin. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clean. Hot tub was a really special addition. Loved it. The host was perfect. Was there if we needed them otherwise they gave us all the privacy we wanted."
