"Amazing staff! It was our anniversary during our stay and when we arrived we had a bottle of champagne on ice in our room as well as a fruit and chocolate platter which was so lovely! There was however water leaking from the toilet so we informed the staff - They said the maintenance guy had finished his shift for the day but said there was another room available which had a balcony if we were happy to switch. We moved rooms and this was much bigger! Very happy with the service from staff and...

"We loved our stay at Doorn Kraal. Firstly the staff are lovely and so professional. Our room (the 2 bedroom cottage) was super neat and tidy, and it had everything we needed and it was very quiet as it’s a bit further away. Just be mindful at night, there may be one or two spiders in the trees when you walk to the cottage (have a flashlight). The food was soo delicious, we could not stop thinking about the wonderful dinner. We will stay again. Thanks to all the staff! "

"El hotel está en pleno centro de Cape Town así que el traslado a los lugares de interés es muy accesible. A la vuelta está la oficina de CitySighting por ejemplo y está al lado del mercado de artesanías de la ciudad. El desayuno es muy bueno y el hotel tiene más de 200 años pero está bien mantenido y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La Sra Campbell de la recepción es muy amable y dispuesta a ayudar."
