"My stay here was incredible. Terry the house manager was friendly, communicative & so helpful. Apartment is beautifully done! Such attention to detail and the views were absolutely out of this world. Highly recommend catching as many sunsets in the apartment as you can. Very close to shops, restaurants, safe and quiet. Just perfect. Thank you so much & will be back !"

"After a warm and happy late check in, I wondered to my room to find a disaster unfold. As it was late at night I had no opportunity to leave as the staff leave at 1030pm Many windows have been left open and there were a number of mosquitoes in the room The towel rail fell off the wall as soon as I lifted a towel. Then I informed my towel to find dark stains all over it. There was blood over a number of pillows and sheets. The floor had not been cleaned properly and my feet were filthy...

"It is a great place to stay; I assume the neighborhood will be more exciting when there are events at the Cape Town Convention Center. But there is nothing you can not manage using Uber or Cabs. My room was very comfortable, and the services rendered were well received."
