- The maximum occupancy is 8 guests at any time.
- This helps ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.

2. NO PETS, SMOKING, PARTIES, OR EVENTS
- To maintain a clean, quiet, and comfortable environment, pets, smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.

3. RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORS
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
- Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours and be mindful of noise throughout your stay, as the neighboring unit is nearby.

4. ENJOY THE HOME
- Please note that one supply closet is locked and reserved for owner storage.
- Starter supplies are provided for your stay. For longer stays, you may need to restock supplies as needed.

1. HOW TO ARRIVE
Please note that the house and subdivision are new, so they may not yet appear accurately on mapping applications. We recommend following the directions below rather than relying solely on your GPS to locate the home.

- Please set your GPS to the nearest mapped address: 1764 Moores Dairy Road, Ruston, LA 71270. Please note that this is not the house address.
- After arriving at 1764 Moores Dairy Road, continue approximately 500 feet. The entrance to Clearwater Circle will be on your right.
- Then make a right onto Alder Place.
- Take the next left onto Baywood Drive, and 119 Baywood Lane will be on your left.

2. TO UNLOCK THE DOOR
- Wake up the screen by tapping it with the palm or back of your hand to light up the numbers.
- Enter your code by punching in your unique 4-digit access code.
- You will hear the motorized deadbolt retract automatically. Turn the handle and walk inside.
- Note: No need to press the checkmark or lock button after entering your code

3. TO LOCK THE DOOR
- Tap the Lock Icon (the padlock symbol in the bottom-right corner) on the screen. The deadbolt will slide into place automatically.
- You do not need to enter your code to lock up.
