They had to move us to a room that didn't smell so badly of old cigarette smoke, but once that was done it was ok.

Very nice hotel. Will definately stay there again. We were in town to visit family so did not stay in room much. It was very clean. They had just remodeled rooms. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good. They had eggs, sausage bacon, gravy, biscuits, pastries, cereal.

WE HATED THE HOTEL AND REFUSED TO STAY IN IT. IT WAS NOT WHAT YOU SAID. IT WAS DIRTY AND SMELLY.

Great hotel for the price!

This is a great room for the price. Even included a good breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits, sausage gravey, and the usual cereals, fruit, and yogurt. Room was clean, comfortable, and easy access from the vehicle. I will certainly stay at this Econolodge again when in the area.

Nice motel close to Bowling Green

This is an older motel but is well maintained. Wonderfully comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Staff was very friendly and helpful when asked any question. Quick check-in. Only real complaint was that the A/C kept the room cool but did not take out the humidity, so it was cool but very humid in the room. Small but well kept pool.

Dirty hotel!

Bugs in the beds! Had to request a different room. The new room had cigarette burns all over the sheets and blankets. Floor was sticky and something very nasty was running down all the bathroom was. Tub would not drain. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel. needs a good cleaning!

Nice, BUT.

It was a nice hotel. Bedding especially pillows probably need replacing. But very clean and everything in good working order. we were on the back side of the hotel so it was very quiet. Breakfast was painstakingly arranged. Nicely done. BUT, and this is a big BUT. We stayed during very humid weather and arrived late in the afternoon, the AC was not on in the room so it was actually steamy in the room. And, even through, we turned it up high, the room cooled off, but never seemed to dry out. All night the the bedding felt coldand clammy. It was miserable. I highly suggest that management leave the AC on all the time in humid weather, so that moisture is not allowed to build up in the room. It could have been a nice stay except if not for that issue.

Review

I found myself needing a room overnight in the area. This one served its purpose. It's nothing fancy but the room was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast wasn't half bad. The exterior was a little run down. If your wanting something fancy, stay elsewhere but if you have to be in the area, this one will do.

Disappointing late check-in!

We were VERY disappointed in the service we received for our check-in. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the late check-in guarantee and the fact that the front desk would be open 24 hours. This is NOT true if the front desk attendant falls asleep in the back room and guests are waiting 40 minutes to check into the hotel at 2:30 in the morning!! There was no apology or explanation for this inconvenience. The breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. There was only room for 8 or 10 people to sit in the breakfast area so some of us were left standing. The garbage was overflowing.

Great place!

We were there to visit family and this was the nearest hotel. It was very nice! Free wi-fi and hot breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the down pillows (not comfortable) but I should have asked if they had different ones.

The office staff was friendly; I was disappointed in the hotel; due to the price I paid; I expected nicer. I've stayed in alot of hotels in alot of cities and haven't paid this much, even with an ocean view. Simply put, it was sufficient ...nothing more

Clean, not much on extras

In the middle of nowhere, this is a no frills hotel that is good value for what I pad. Pass on the breaksfast, looks better than it tastes.

Clean motel.

This was only one of two hotels in town. I was a little weary of it when I drove up, but it was a nice stay and would stay again. Room was very clean. In the morning the sausage and eggs were horrible, but they had many more choices so it was no big deal. Would stay again.

Quick Business Trip.

Check in was very easy and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, smelled fresh, the bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. This was a perfect hotel to stay at after a long day on the road. The only thing I wish, is that it would have been closer to more sit down restaurants.
