"Pros and cons to every place one stays. Pros: there is a bay outside the front that I did see (two) dolphins in. The owner is quick to respond. The room has the basic essentials. The pools (bc FL) were warm and the clubhouse nice. Cons: I arrived on a Sunday and PM’d the owner. There was a strong smell of toxic chemicals in the interior hallway of the building (not in her unit). I noted in smelled of mold killer, pesticide, or strong paint chemicals. She noted they painted recently, I noted...

"Carmen was very attentive and helpful! We had a little trouble with the door code but she responded quickly and remedied the issue. The place is as described. We only stayed for 2 days but it was exactly what we needed. The garage was an added bonus! I do wish the main door had a curtain or blind for privacy but its on the 2nd level and sunken back so no major concerns. Neighbors are very friendly! We would stay here again! Thank you!"
