"Grandma's vacation home"
It was a pleasure to stay at White Pines cabin and we thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and scenery of the property. We rented just the upper unit with 4 adults and one child, and it was more than enough space to relax in. Our toddler felt so at home he described the cabin as "grandma's vacation home." We would love to return for another visit in the future, as the location is both comfortable and convenient.

Memory Making Home in the Mountains of Maine
Lovely home, comfortable, clean with a wood burning and pellet stove that kept us toasty warm. Plenty of hot water and a kitchen stocked full of pots, pans, dishes, etc… a chef’s delight.

Ideal stay!
The property is as wonderful as the pictures and the reviews tell! Fantastic communication and very flexible host, cozy and charming place, very relaxing to have several life spaces when 2 families. We highly recommend the place and hope to come another time!

Fun and Relaxing Atmosphere
It was a very comfortable stay. Our young kids had fun exploring outside. The property isn’t huge, but worked for us. Instructions were great. Bring your own wood for the bonfire. We would stay again!

Perfect for large group
We booked this property for a family gathering. The space was perfect for our group - each family had their own space and bathroom. LOVED that dogs were allowed, as they are family too! We kept our dogs on a leash as the house is near a busy road. The property was clean and had everything we needed. There are lots of instructions for this property and it does take time to review everything.
There is so much to do in this area, so the location is ideal for those looking to hike, swim, and enjoy being outside. We will book again!

Great location!
The house beautiful, great location, the swimming holes you recommend was amazing! We had such a great stay and amazing time! The only downfalls we’re we had to take our recyclables, and if there were recyclables in the kitchen trash barrel the owners charged hourly for them to sort thru, so we ended up taking home all the trash. And second no AC. We stayed on one of the hottest weekends and it was very very hot in the house. Yes each room had fans but did not cool the house down at all. Carol did respond quickly and was very informative with any questions I asked and was very helpful! All in all a great weekend!

Rumford review
This house was perfect for our growing family! Everyone was able to have a room and 3 full bathrooms was also a big plus! The house is beautiful and the memories we made will last a lifetime. Our one disappointment was that even though the river is across the street you can’t see it or get to it unless you drive. Not familiar with the area we really had to do our research to find places to bring the family but exploring the different spots was fun too!
A true Maine adventure!!

Not clear on the 10000 rules to stay at this place until you book and pay and rules on every wall!
Way too many rules that you’re not aware of when you book until after you pay and then we left $100 tip and still got charged an additional $430! If you are willing to rent out your property you have to be aware of stains and damages! We have a business as well where we have renters and it’s just what happens when you work with public!!!! This is totally uncalled for!!!

Great House Close to Sunday River and Grafton Notch State Park
Two families - 4 adults, 5 kids, and a large Gold Retriever - had plenty of space to enjoy and run around. The yard had a nice area with swings and a small stream/creek for the kids to explore. Grafton Notch and some swimming holes (including Frenchman's Hole in Bethel) were just a drive away. The house was very nice and cozy and had everything we needed. Great communication by the owner as well!

Carol the owner was great with communication. Location was clean and comfortable. The brownies left for us were amazing!
Enjoyed fire pit area and charcoal grill provided for a great summer meal of hamburgers and hot dogs.
Downstairs entry and accommodations were perfect for elderly parents. No stairs,
one level, easy ground level access, with kitchen, washer, dryer, and plenty of room.
Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hospitality of Carol the owner.
Would highly recommend!

Quintessential Adirondack Ski House
We enjoyed a terrific week at White Pines Cabin. Since the ski conditions were less than optimal. We spent more time at the house than expected. It was an excellent backdrop for time with our 3 kids who are in their mid to late twenties. There were fantastic Christmas wreaths and trimmings adding to the coziness! Carol was so lovely and thorough and attentive. It made me want to sit down and have a cup of coffee with her!
