"Cleaning of the room was very poorly done and very late. One day we came back from our daytrip and was not cleaned yet. Second day we arrived at night and the door of the bed room was left fully opened with a cradle!! Service personnel were very nice and offered a free breakfasr, it was nice and nothing finally happened, all was ok inside the room. Thank god it was Japan!"

"Location is superb, with a rail station only by a 5 minute walk. Kokusai street area is convenient for transportation options and tours, specially if you don’t have the chance to rent a car.
Facilities were ok, felt a little old but nothing horrible, they had a sign indicating that renovations were happening during our stay.
The hotel has a pool, and you’re able to use it until 10 pm, they provide towels but they give you a gentle notice that big tattoos need to be covered.
