    Our street is plowed regularly, allowing you to have better travel in times of heavy snow or ice.

Can’t beat it!

We loved our stay in this nice and cozy bnb! It has pretty much anything you need and is right off the strip. Great location! My fiance and I loved sitting on the porch, looking at the mountain top view with the little propane fire pit. Fantastic experience!

I’ve been to Ruidoso many times, and this was my favorite place to stay. It was close to midtown and the shops, but we saw elk or deer daily. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming. The owners were readily available if needed. I will stay here again when I return!

PROPERTY WAS AS ADVERTISED, CLEAN NICE AND NEAT,PROPERTY MANAGER VERY EASY TO REACH AND CLEAR INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED.LOCATED IN MIDDLE OF BUSINESS DISTRICT WITH QUICK ACCESS TO MAIN ROADS . GOOD OVERALL STAY. NOT REALLY HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE THOUGH

Booker Beware

I should have listened to previous reviews. I had seen at least one that said this property owner doublebooked and then canceled their reservation at the last minute. I dismissed it as a fluke until it happened to us. We were notified 1 1/2 before checkin that the home had been overbooked and that our reservations were being cancelled. Left my family (with 3 small kids) scrambling to find alternative lodging at the last minute.

Not what expected!

Got to the rental and figured out it had not been cleaned from the prior guests. The manager responded very quickly and actually ended up cleaning the unit himself! The unit is right on the road and the views are not what is shown on the listing. You are looking at utility lines and the roofs of other houses.

Host Double Booked and we had no place to stay

Worst experience ever. We drove 8 hours and another family was there to check in at the same time. We had booked our stay several months before the other family, but the host allowed the other family to stay, and we were literally out in the cold on a holiday week with no comparable options available. The host did nothing to help either family and quit communicating with us, as well as the family that stayed. Find another host and keep in mind that double booking is possible if a host is not mindful. This host was texting with both families throughout the booking process all the way to check in time and never realized they had double booked.

Worst Experience Ever!!!!

The Good- Location The Bad- When we arrived, the cleaning crew was just leaving and informed us that the owner who stayed there before us, left his laundry in the dryer and asked us to please take it out when done. No problem. Except that the laundry was soaking wet still and needed 3 dry cycles to get completely dry. Not only was there laundry in the dryer for us to deal with, the washer was also full of laundry. Needless to say, we did not get to do our laundry. The entire place needs some TLC. Doors stick, some doors do not lock, window in the living room does not lock, shower caddy is not installed correctly and fell on my son...on and on I could go. The absolute worst part of the condo was the cigarette smoke smell. We tried to open windows and have fans going but the smell was so bad during the night that we packed up and left at 3:30am on our first night and did not come back. This was a very disappointing experience for us and when I contacted the owner to let them know about our issues, there was zero communication back to me. The location is as described but that is where the positives end for this condo. Good Luck.

Wonderful experience!

Stephanie and Koby were both very helpful in knowing the go-to places and anything we needed! It is a super quaint village with lots of shopping. The air b&b is very close to the strip, you could walk to restaurants and shops. It’s close enough to multiple trails for hiking. The air b&b itself was very clean with extra pillows, blankets, toiletries, etc. Wildlife will approach you right out the back door. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will be booking again!!

Great getaway, walking distance to town !

The place was great, had alot of items (towels, soap, blankets, etc) that wasn't expected. Scenery is really nice, defenitly guaranteed to see deer. Host was very helpful and friendly and near by when needed. Would recommend to friends and family and we are defenitly going to visit again!
