Amazing House

This house is so beautiful. We had a great time here with our family. There is a beautiful view and the house is huge. Awesome backyard for the dogs. We very much enjoyed staying at Axel’s House. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house four our group of 10, 6 adults, 4 children and one dog from 3 related families.

We were there to celebrate my husband’s 70th birthday with family 😊. The property was exactly as advertised,which made it quick and easy to plan for bedrooms. The decor was pleasant and peaceful with very comfortable beds and seating with 3 separate gathering spaces. A nice game room downstairs with pool table and outdoor games available. Every room has beautiful views of the mountains. There are 2 eating areas (breakfast and dining) and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals there. There are grass areas outside and the kids enjoyed playing outside. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. I can’t imagine a better place for our family to spend time together! The host even left a birthday card and bottle of wine for the celebration! Such attention to detail 😊.

Amazing two-family stay!

Our group of 8 absolutely loved our 4-night Spring Break stay at Axel’s Place! It was sparkling clean when we arrived and the rooms and decor were even nicer than in the very nice photos on VRBO! We had three dogs who loved the backyard and side yard, the dog friendly blankets and towels and the dog food bowls. Our teens and adults enjoyed the pool table downstairs. The adults also loved the big tv and sound system in the main living room—perfect for karaoke! (We brought our own mics!) We cooked in two nights and the kitchen was well stocked and spacious. All and all an amazing time was had by all! We highly recommend and would love to come back!

Ruidoso Thanksgiving at Axel’s Place

Exceptional views & house! This house has everything you need. Host was absolutely incredible with communication before during and after our stay. We loved it so much we extended our stay. My family of 8 (2 fur babies) made wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend Axel’s Place. We will come back again and again!

Perfect Weekend

The house was amazing! Nevena worked with me on our last minute booking and made it happen. We travel to Ruidoso often and Axel’s Place is the best by far. It was perfect for our dog too. When we left, we forgot one of our valuables. Nevena went above and beyond to make arrangements for our friend to pick it up. If you are looking for an upscale place to stay, look no further than Axel’s Place. You will not regret it. Wonderful amenities and Nevena is the best to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great home in Ruidoso

Excellent property on the mule deer highway on the way to their bedding ground. Convenient, quiet and well equipped. Friendly neighbors with little through traffic. Website is accurate and great property owner.

Peaceful Week

Such a beautiful and comfortable house! We and our dogs enjoyed all this property has to offer. Great views from the balcony, front porch, and courtyard. We took many pictures of deer, elk and the amazing sunsets each evening. Great location In a very nice neighborhood. We’ll be back!

Perfect Escape!

Our stay at Axel’s Place was exactly what we needed to escape the Texas heat. The house was very comfortable, the sunsets were beautiful and the wildlife entertaining for us and our lab :-) This is a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping and great restaurants. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!

The property owner is super helpful and quickly responded to any questions that came up during our stay. The home is even more beautiful than the photos! The bedrooms are spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to have a secure yard for our dogs to play in. The neighborhood is very peaceful with the occasional deer and elk! The kitchen has everything we needed and a great BBQ. We will definitely be looking to stay here again!

This property is better than the pictures

This our 2nd visit to Axel's place and we love staying here. The common areas are great for family and friends. This trip we had friends staying at another property over for dinner and drinks which was easily prepared in the large kitchen. Our family enjoyed the many activities that Ruidoso has to offer with easy access from Axel's place. Our pups enjoy themselves as much as we do ! Thank you Nevena we cannot wait to visit again.

5/5 without a doubt!

So extremely happy we decided to choose this house! Everything about it was perfect...from the location and amenities to the cleanliness and decor! We had everything we needed to be able to experience a fun filled and relaxing vacation! We did reach out to the owner once about the discrepancy of the temperature in the 2 sides of the house, but communication was extremely quick and helpful. We would definitely rent this house again if we ever returned to Ruidoso!

Great place for holiday stsy

The property was as billed a great home in a quiet area. The home was spotless and has a great kitchen. Good wifi and TV's had cable and internet so everyone was happy. Outdoors we had deer all the time and Elk on occasion. The home is close to downtown Ruidoso so shopping and restaurants are close. For seniors the only issue is steps to all doors' but the rear steps were short with a great railing so our 87 year was able to navigate it with out issue. I would recommend
