Our house is located in a quiet residential area - away from traffic noise and hustle and bustle - and yet only a 10-minute walk from the town center, with a wonderful view of the Ruhpolding mountains.

Our newly renovated apartment for 2-4 people offers you a separate bedroom, living room with satellite TV and LCD TV, kitchen, shower / toilet and south-facing balcony (second bedroom and bathroom are in a separate living unit). Our spacious house offers a game room with table tennis table, table football and an exercise bike.

Ski tours in the Chiemgau, Berchtesgaden and Kitzbühel Alps (approx. 1 hour drive) offer a varied program from the first snow to spring, from gentle grassy hills to crisp tours.
