"I booked a small single room which was perrfectly adequate for my needs. The wifi was challenging, but the reception worked on it and got it to work for me. Very friendly and helpful staff, the food was good, and they were open to fix us something not on the menu. Its located off the main road outside of the town center, but is still a walkable distance from the business centers. "

"The lodge does not actually exist. We arrived at the building, and the outside matched the pictures. However there was no sign and no staff at the place. With the assistance of some helpful neighbours from the street, we learned that it was available for long term rental. "it is a good stop over to volcano national park. about 20 mins drive. the property is okay. it was well kept. the room was gorgeous but the mattress was terrible. it is hard and gave me backache. the breakfast can be made better. the staff is nice. "

"This property is falsely advertised. The location listed on Expedia is not accurate, and when I arrived, it was nowhere near where it was supposed to be. "Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress. Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej. Vi fick boka och betala ett rum på plats, trevlig personal och ok standard för priset. "
