"We were lucky enough to book this place last minute and so glad we did - it was amazing. Friendly hosts who provided a wonderful welcome basket of milk, juice, yoghurt, biscuits, crisps granola and bread which was a really thoughtful touch. "The checking in was frustrating we arrive at one o’clock now one in office so came back at 2 o’clock now one there so phoned told she won’t be far. Half an hour later 4 customer waiting the lady finally arrived. Not a good look. There was 2 of us stay for 3 nights. "The floor creeks and noise was mental. Couldnt sleep till people above us stopped walking around. Parts of the floor sounded like it was about to cave in. The cleaners miss alot and dont move furniture to clean or go above where they cant reach obviously as alot of bugs stuck on walls up in corners, heaps of dust and bugs on the oven rangehood and top of fridge. "The studio unit was clean and tidy. Very handy to the town centre and all the eateries. As well as the hot pools. Communication with the host was excellent and no issues accessing the property. The kitchen was well supplied with utensils etc. There was plenty of hot water for the shower and a heated towel rail to air our towels after our shower in the morning, ready for the next."
