A bright two-bedroom flat in North Leamington, about 15 to 20 minutes on foot from the town centre, with its own parking space. Families visiting relatives in Leamington like it here, and The Fat Pug is a 2 minute walk. The super king splits into two singles, so three workers can have a bed each, and couples sharing the beds means it can sleep up to 4. Discounts come off automatically for stays of 7 nights or more, and even more for 28 nights or more.

The Space:
The flat gets plenty of natural light. The lounge has a smart TV and a comfy sofa, and the kitchen has an oven, a hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a fridge and a freezer. There's a washing machine too.

Sleeping arrangement:
- Bedroom 1: super king bed, which splits into two singles
- Bedroom 2: double bed
- Lounge: small sofa bed, for one more on a short stay

The bathroom has an electric shower. A travel cot and a high chair are there for little ones.

The flat is cleaned professionally before every stay, with fresh bed linen and towels.

Guest Access:
The whole flat is yours, on the first floor. It has its own parking space, with visitor spaces as well.

The Neighborhood:
The Fat Pug is 2 minutes on foot and the Star & Garter 8. In town, Fizzy Moon Brewhouse is a 14 minute walk, The White Horse 15, Fox & Vivian 18 and the Royal Pug 19. Walk 15 minutes for fresh pasta at La Bottega or the Parade's shops, and about 20 for Jephson Gardens and the Pump Room Gardens.

By car, Warwick Castle is 6 minutes away, and Stratford-upon-Avon 21.

Getting Around:
Leamington Spa station is a 5 minute drive or a 23 minute walk, with trains to London Marylebone and Birmingham. The University of Warwick is 19 minutes by car. Park in your own space at the flat.

Other Things to Note:
The flat is on the first floor. The sofa bed is small, for one more person on a short stay. Hot water comes from a tank, so the hot taps run gently; the electric shower isn't affected.

🐶 Pets welcome by request: £39.99 per pet (non-refundable), up to 2. Please ask before you book and we'll confirm in writing. Pets must be flea-treated, never left alone in the property and kept off the furniture.
