"Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark.
