"Staff lacking in basic hospitality skills. We were given the wrong room and it was not straightforward to rectify which was surprising to me as the booking was clear. I then actually asked to print a document and was told told the hotel had no printer. I kinda lost interest at that point the place is a shambles and has no waterpark. "Stayed in room 211.
The room is one the 1st floor (there's no lift), big and spacious, but does feel a little empty due to size and sparse furnishing. The bed was a double and and an asian style firm mattress. The covers and sheets were a little tired looking, but clean and smelled fresh. There was a desk, chair to work on. The room also had a fridge, wardrobe and 2 bottles of water were supplied everyday.
The bathroom had an open shower with no curtain, so water was everywhere when showering....
